I’m making progress! I lost 2 lbs this week which was my goal. Although I don’t love tracking my weight, it seems to be an easy way to make and track progress. My goal has been to lose 2 lbs every week. Weigh in would be Saturdays and I will probably stop trying to lose weight after about 7 lbs lost.
Since my goal was to lose 2 lbs this week, I chose to eat smaller portions, I worked out everyday even though it was not super intense or long workouts. I went for more walks because I knew that would help me lose weight. I also skipped most dinners or ate them as early as 5pm. I let Sunday and Monday be my cheat days but that just means I can eat rice and dinners.
Improvements I plan to make in the coming weeks:
- Track what I’ve eaten better
- Drink more water
- Take more progress photos
- Workout a little bit harder
- Meditate more
Week 2 is New Years and Vegas. Wish me luck!
